I ordered 30 full price chocolate gift boxs online as Christmas gifts, and then received them on 15/11/2022. I found the Best Before Date of products are 20/12/2022. The website didn't mention that the item I bought is a short shelf life product. In addition, all products I bought are full price, not on sale. I also need to pay the post fee by myself if I return them. It's too terrible experience!

I should have read the reviews before placing a time-sensitive order. The only way to track a shipment is to call their over-burdened customer service line. There is a "track shipment" button on theiir website but the only infomation available was a copy of my receipt. The automated drone at customer service says you can chat live with a representative, but I looked on the site for quite a while and could not find a chat feature and a search for it came up with nothing. Extremely unsatisfactory experience.

Not the Godiva it used to be. Sad, stores closing in malls and now online ordering unreliable. Placed order and still no confirmation after 8 days. Customer for 20 years, guess I will just by boxes at Publix.

I ordered a birthday gift (Chocolate Celebration Gift Basket, Classic Ribbon - $110) for my friend to be delivered. Even after a week, I received nothing about delivery or when it will be delivered. I called the customer service and someone answered after about 30 minutes and the agent wasn't helpful at all and she was kept saying they have "system issue". She couldn't answer any of my questions? 1. When will item be delivered? "Sorry, I don't know!" 2. Please cancel the order - "OK, I will put a request to be cancelled" 3. Can you please give me the reference for cancellation? "Sorry, I can't give you that." Someone will call you back in 10 minutes; guess what? They never did! It was a very frustrating experience. I really wised I didn't order Godiva but I made a mistake and learnt my lesson. I went to Amazon and ordered a gift and managed to get it to my friend before his birthday. Godiva business need to get their acts together and understand customer service as currently they are appalling. Please don't waste you time and money with these people.

I've gotten Godiva chocolate many times as gifts before but never purchased from them myself but today I finally decided to take the plunge because I got a $10 off coupon for my birthday (my birthday was actually last month July 10 so not sure why they emailed me the code so late almost a month later but okay), 15% off coupon off of my first order, was told that there's FREE shipping (including free ice packs for items that can melt due to the heat) on all items except for the chocolate covered strawberries and was told that I could combine coupons because after all those savings Godiva's normally expensive stuff would be within my price range.... welp needless to say everything they said was a lie. I couldn't combine coupons, I didn't get free shipping, it suddenly changed from "free shipping on all items except the chocolate covered strawberries" to "free shipping only on orders $50 and above" and after fees taxes and shipping costs even the cheapest items I found (which was a box of four chocolates for $13, hot chocolate mix $17 and hazelnut coffee $16) was almost $30 or more even when using coupons. And because of all that I decided not to order and after seeing all these negative reviews on their website i'm glad I didn't since odds are I would've had problems. If you wanna charge a lot for your products that's your right but at least be honest about it, if you're gonna charge luxury top notch prices for your products then make sure your products are luxury and top notch as well and if you're gonna be so into your products then make sure you stand behind them too if something goes wrong.

Order Godiva online and received old shelves life products. All items from their chocolate, Cookies and Hot drinking chocolate only have 1-2 months expirations. When open the tin, the chocolate powder coagulated into clumps already. Customer service refused to refund or offer replacement. NEVER order or purchase from them! Bad quality.

I received a chocolate today and found the expiration is too short. Today is March 29, but the chocolate will be expired on June. I bought this because it is used for my friend's birthday on July. I want to return it, but the company refused. Their chocolate are on the edge of the expiration.

I ordered a heart shaped box of candy for my wife for Valentines day. I ordered 4 business days ahead and knew it was tight but Godiva showed online that it would deliver on time. When it did not arrive on Feb 14, I checked with Godiva customer service and the order had not even shipped. I told then to cancel and they would not...instead they offered a 10% discount. The service at Godiva is completely unacceptable. They do not care about the customer at all. This was my last Godiva order. Further to review: My Godiva.com review was rejected with following statement: Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time! Please submit something new. Incredibly poor ethics.
