I placed order 1003757842 and it took a week to ship. Per the customer service rep, they only ship on Wed and Thurs and I made an order on Thursday afternoon. Stay away from them!

We visited Godiva in Meadowhall today for the first time and it will be the LAST TIME! Customer service was shocking!!!! We spent £27 originally. Then they brought everything to the table and placed my latte right at the edge of the table, I reached over and the latte spilled without me even taking one drink of it. The guy who was serving us brought some blue roll and we asked for another latte to replace the full one that was spilled. I waited 10 minutes and had to go up to the counter in the end to get it where they told me I would have to pay £6 for another or wait another 5 minutes to speak to a manager who probably wouldn’t have replaced it for free anyway 😡. I think if they carry on with this kind of service it won’t be long before people stop paying for over priced products and bad service. I will now be taking my custom to any other cafe than this one.

Godiva selles GMO products. They refuse returns. Their customer service is the worst I've ever seen: no respect at all!

Disgusting service just like there disgusting rotten chocolate, had some chocolates given as gift there are no best before or use by dates on the products which I find strange as I thought this was compulsory in this day and age, after sending pictures and item details which I might add cost quite a lot the customer service departments attitude was quite frankly as bad as the rotten products they sell....very unsympathetic and no offers of compensation for a totally disgusting mould covered yet exquisitely packaged pile of rotten chocolates

I purchased a large order on Godiva. Com site to give as thank you gifts for friends that have been assisting me during my recovering from a double mastectomy. The chocolate was not of the high level I've come to love, it was discolored. Then I emailed four times before getting response requesting me to take photos of the candy and the packaging, THAT WAS GIVEN AS GIFTS. I explained this AGAIN with no response. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ORDER #1002064896

Ordered a gift set. There was an error, Godiva customer services said "U WOT" and hung up the first time. The second staff member i talked to didn't even acknowledge the fault and was incredibly obnoxious. Disgusting customer service.
