The last #3 orders last one being this week. Tho it’s says perishable and overnight it doesn’t matter to GODIVA NOR FED EX!!! They just use the covid excuse too many packages etc... some advise do not send Godiva till next year hopefully they and Fed Ex will care then!!!!!

Godiva "hooks" in the purchase by guaranteeing a delivery date during the order process. Once the order has been placed, the delivery gets pushed back back to "unknown"... "Customer service" reps unable/unwilling to commit to delivery date. Numerous phone calls...Ultimately requested a cancellation by phone. Verbal okay followed by the rep sending, instead, an order "confirmation". Much confusion, customer service reps contradicting each other as to reason for delay...Finally received a cancellation confirmation after calling - again. The circus is in town.

Never going to buy again. Bought a Christmas basket as a present to my friend and never arrived. Contacted customer service about it and nothing was done. The person responding to my emails did not even write like a customer service should, and more like a teenager. A complete disregard in trying to find my package. I got refunded but my friend is still without her present. The cherry on top of the cake?? I gave this very same review on their website and it was moderated and never posted. Very very unprofessional behavior from a company like this. I could not be more disappointed and I will make sure to have my voice heard, either by other forms of review or with my close friends.

- Ordered box for 30/12 next day delivery. Didn't happen - Then advised would be delivered 31/12 - Later on same day, delivery pushed back to 4/1 - Then delivered 2/1 You cannot contact them by phone, you are just told that Mr Banana is unavailable. No reply to email or Customer Service form submitted. Can't say I've experienced much worse. Avoid

No delivery made on online orders with no information from Godiva at all. Despite 3 attempts to communicate with their customer service there has been no reply at all for now over 3 weeks. I do not recommend any online ordering !!

Got Chocolate Cherries from Godiva as a gift for Christmas. Open box , and cherries were in a Plastic Bag, and then a Hard Plastic Box.. Entire plastic bag, and Container were VERY STICKY, even Hard Plastic Box inside. Checked Chereies inside and several were smashed. very disappointed.

Ripoff don't gift this to people chocolate pretzels are stale. Barely has anything actually in it and just a bunch of fancy packaging and way overpriced this company should be ashamed.

I ordered a box of chocolates on 12/14 to be gifted to someone for it to be delivered before Christmas. 11 calls later, and hours of wasted time and stress, I finally got them to send it out and it was delivered on 12/30. I was subject to excuses, lies, rudeness, confusion. I have never experienced anything like that before. I will never order anything from these scammers ever again.
