A great option for school issued electronics. Very affordable. Haven't had to use it, but would hope the ease of filing a claim would be as quick and easy as getting the insurance.

Details of the plan are clear, and easy to understand. And Sign-up was a breeze! No issues to file a claim for at this point, but I'm comfortable w/ the startup process and info given.

I purchased the policy for my daughter's school-issued iPad. I think it's a good price for the policy that will cover likely scenarios.

GoCare is awesome! Our company has several phone lines, phones, and devices through Verizon. We have had GoCare insurance for the past 5 years or more. The insurance is much more cost effective through GoCare.com. GoCare not only saves me money; I've actually had a claim or two in the past few years and they are an ACE when it comes to customer service and timely shipping, etc. No surprises either. GoCare does exactly what they claim to do; provide the best insurance protection for your device. I recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues.

The registration process was very easy and the online chat feature allowed me to quickly find out the type of my student's ipad so that I could complete the process quickly. I have not yet had to make a claim so can't speak to that process.
