The entire process was user friendly and every step was explained. I like that they have doctors evaluating each person's information to determine if this treatment is appropriate while also not having to go into my doctor's office. As a retired RN, I did not need any instructions regarding giving SQ injections or how to handle the syringes, but it is nice to know that if I do have any questions, I can contact Goby Meds at any time and someone is there to help me. I like having a reminder to reorder my medication (life gets busy) and how quickly my initial order arrived.
