Be Careful if You Need UPS to Change the Delivery Date - Otherwise I Love Gobymeds 💛
I really appreciate the helpful doctors and customer service. I also really like how the shipping is next day air delivery, but I encountered a problem with UPS, where I changed the date for my medication to be delivered, and had to pay them $12, for them to deliver it today. I got lucky and had a family member in town who was able to drive to my house and put it in my fridge. Otherwise, it could've been stolen or out in the heat for 3 days, which may have compromised the medication's quality to where I'm afraid I wouldn't have been able to use it. My suggestion would be to perhaps offer more shipping choices in regards to date and the company. On my end, I will try not to order it too early or too late, as I am in town for only 3 or 4 days out of the month and this time my father (who I live with) was out of town too. It's kind of a sticky situation I'm still trying to figure out, so thank you for your patience, consideration, and letting me leave comments.

Shipping is always a pain no matter what carrier you go with, but the shipping is actually controlled through the individual pharmacy. We can also hold the prescription and keep it from being shipped. If you reach out to our customer support, we will do everything we can to work with the pharmacy to help mitigate some of that frustration!
