I started the process on a Friday afternoon. By the end of the day the dr had reached out and asked me for a picture, ID and additional medical information. My initial medication request was approved and prescription sent to the pharmacy The pharmacy received the script on Monday and meds mailed out Wednesday. I received the meds in a packed cooler on Friday. No issues with meds they were still cold. The instructions were easy to follow . The process was very clear and easy
