Service and response was very prompt and accurate. The new formulas however are not as effective as the original formula when i first started with gobymed. I struggle with feeling hungry, food noise and limiting my calory intake everyday.

I’m concerned that my order was not kept cool enough. I’m in Arkansas and temps are 100°+. The way my meds were packed the single melted ice pack was at the bottom, then the syringes on top of ice pack. Then alcohol wipes on top of the syringes. Then paperwork next and finally the med vials were on top mashed against the lid.
