They take our money and run
They both provide a needed product, but are a sham at the same time. When I noticed that their dosing schedule was not appropriate for myself, I contacted my "clinical team", which was a random doctor that couldn't be bothered to respond for well over 48 hours. Then, they give a form-letter response that they are prescribing the same way to everybody. This means, of course, that the whole premise behind their business model is a lie -- "personalized dosing" is how they are allowed to make a generic version of a horribly-expensive drug. But it is VERY obvious that once they get your money, they care little about your experience, and purposely underdose in your first shipment so that you are forced to roll the dice and keep pumping money into their pockets, hoping that they get the dosing right the next time. I only went to them because, at the time, my insurance would not cover the real stuff. It is very likely I will be seeking a new provider in a handful of weeks.
