Can’t afford the price increase. After this round I will be going through my doctor and using coupons. It will be much cheaper.

I’m currently giving GobyMeds 3 stars because it’s been very difficult to get answers to an important medication question. I called twice and also sent a message through the portal. One representative answered my call but was unable to explain why my prescribed tirzepatide dose goes from 3 mg in week 4 to 6 mg in week 5. Since this is a significant increase, I wanted clarification before taking my next injection. I was transferred to the pharmacist, reached voicemail, and left a message, but I have not received a response. At this point, my rating reflects the difficulty in reaching someone who can answer important medication questions. I hope someone follows up soon because I still have several questions before starting my next dose.

Shipping was over a day late. Meds sat in the package on my steps in the heat.

Customer service response time is abysmal. It really shouldn’t take two weeks just to have a basic conversation in order to complete my order. During the time I was actively trying to get a response from customer service, I was repeatedly receiving automated emails expressing concern that I hadn’t completed my order. That made me feel like I was not actually being valued as a customer/patient and that the once I had paid, there was no obligation to provide good customer support. For that reason, I probably will not be a repeat customer. Fortunately, the rest of the process including the medical portion and shipping was very quick and efficient.

Steep pricing increases limiting consistent loyalty.

They are fast to respond when I tried to order first time Then this is second time I have more questions and response is very slow that im frustrated Update I got medicine which color turned red. I was so scared and asked what it was. Turned out to be added vitamin b 12 but I was really needing customers service response fast, but they are slow. In general, customers service response becomes very slow two days in general

I felt there needed to be better communication throughout this process. I wanted to know how long it would take for the medication to arrive. I placed my order on the 18th, it was approved on the 19th, and I didn’t receive it until today, the 24th. I’m not sure whether that turnaround time is considered normal, but I would have appreciated more information and updates along the way. I understand that it may be acceptable for the medication itself to arrive warm. However, everything in the package was hot and soaking wet when it arrived. The instructions were so wet that I could barely read them. At this point, I’m disappointed with the overall experience and not very impressed with the service so far.

The process to get the medication is quick and easy however there is no personalized advice provided. I'm nearing my goal weight and wanted to understand how I might consider adjusting my dose and simply received a prescription refill with no additional information.
