Communication is great! I was worried about receiving my second shipment before I left for an extended vacation. I reached out, received a prompt reply to contact the care team. When I asked the care team, I again received a prompt reply letting me know the check in date had been moved up to accomodate my request.

Communication with my provider is always very simple and quick. My input is requested, and I feel heard. And the time between my check-in, order placement, and medication delivery couldn't be faster!
