Hey there, we apologize about any delay from our medical team. Usually, our turn around time from the medical team is around 24 to answer any questions. As far as the medication goes, some people respond differently to different medications with different additives and dosage. More than likely, that could mean that you may need to titrate up to a higher dose that is more effective for you. Our medications are shelf-stable and maintain their full potency even after several days at temperatures reaching 104°F. While we include a complimentary ice pack as an added precaution, it is normal for it to arrive melted and does not impact the quality of your order.
