I just want to take some time to clarify some of this information for you. Our pharmacies ship medications with a complimentary ice pack to keep your medication at a stable temperature for as long as possible. With that being said, this ice pack is complimentary and not needed as our pharmacies state that the efficacy of the medication remains stable for multiple days over 100°+. It is true that the medication does need to be refrigerated for long-term use, but for shipping purposes, it is perfectly fine if your medication arrived warm with a melted ice pack.

That said, our team would be happy to help you look into a different pharmacy, or you can contact your medical provider through Medical Chat to discuss whether a different dose may be a better fit. Hi! Thanks for letting us know! Our medications are shelf-stable and maintain their full potency even after several days at temperatures reaching 104°F. While we include a complimentary ice pack as an added precaution, it is normal for it to arrive melted and does not impact the quality of your order. Hi Corey, thanks for leaving a review. We never charge people's cards until we have a confirmation that your medication has been sent out by your pharmacy. We do place a hold on your account for the medication amount, and if you are found not eligible for your medication, that hold is normally released within 24 hours. If you have placed an order, you can find tracking information as well as any information about the delivery process within your patient portal.
