What I can truly appreciate about Goby is that they always respond back, within the day you have messaged them. There have been a few hiccups at the beginning but with the help of customer service we are now on the right path. These aren't just people paid to help you (I mean they are, that's their job) but they truly want to help. They give detailed replies and patiently answer all your questions. They actually encourage you to reach out. Tash has been AMAZING! I would recommend giving them a try. I researched a lot of companies before I chose Goby.

After dealing with a different GLP-1 company, and being new to the whole experience, I found GobyMeds. The first company took a lot of my money, time and made me wonder if all the companies would be a scam. I canceled with them after the third month of waiting with no tracking number, being charged weeks before the date of renew with no explanation or notice and just plain lack of customer service. Goby was easy to sign up with and the doctor said things that made sense and seemed to care. Customer service on point. Transparency, I love it! So far, it’s been an experience that renewed my faith in this journey for myself.

Great experience

I was looking for a reliable company to order GLP-1. I was very confused and nervous about where to turn to, and then I found GOBYMEDS. They made everything so easy. I had many questions and concerns. I started the process on 8/18 - placed my order on 8/19 - went through medical review, over to pharmacy, and shipped on 8/20. The GLP-1 arrived in California on 8/22 - nicely packaged in a freeze pack. I was definitely nervous, especially after having an unpleasant experience with another company, but GOBYMEDS provided the quickest and most genuine responses! From start to delivery, it was a pleasure!!! I will be referring my friends and family to GOBYMEDS. It was pure professionalism, and I will continue to use them!
