My experience was great. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because when the package comes it's confusing. They need to send a letter with it explaining the small amount of used first month. You only use . 25mg which is the number 10 in the syringe. Your body must adjust one month to the hormone then you increase to the next level which is printed on the pharmacy label. Mine came quickly. I got 6 months worth very quickly. I wish they would put reorder info in with it, but they don't. However everything else was as promised.

I am on my last dose of 1.75mg that I had from another pharmacy. I ordered 09 March 25 and the doctor approved my prescription with starting dose 2.4mg 12 March and said that I would receive in 5-7 days or call customer suport. Since the 12th, it shows that the pharmacy is processing and has a fake UPS number. I called starting on the 12th - 10 time - and they finally called me back. I was told the pharmacy is good but backe up and they wouild contact the pharmacy. I emailed and they said again that theuy would check with the pharmacy. Nothing. I called maybe 20x on the 25th, no response. I take my shot every Sunday so I will have 'til 4 April or I will have to start at a lower dose - you have 5 days to resume from your missed dose or have to lower it. I will keep you posted but realsitically, I am pretty sure that I am out of luck. 1 April Update: Bioverse delivered! While delivery was a bit arduous, they came thru and I received the meds with the correct dose. UPDATE: The company was MEDVI and not MEDVIDI - my mistake and have no info on MEDVID.

Well I had a ruff start with them but now it's great they are great.they went out of their way to make me happy.thankyou bioverse!

Here is what I can tell you. They are a legit medication drop shipper with a one size fits all plan for compounded semiglutide. You will be approved, you will be charged for a 6-month supply in advance, and the medication will be instantly ordered from HCP Fulfilment in Florida. This means the medication is being provided by Hallandale Pharmacy, which has been a BBB member for 21 years and has an A+ rating. So it is legit medication from a legit pharmacy. Several other companies use the same pharmacy (i.e. Reddit says Henry uses them.) As I said, this is a 1 size fits all Rx and whether the doses they calculate out to be a "6 month supply" is sufficient is the only real question. The medication arrived promptly by FEDEX. I suspect most of the 1 star reviews are "planted" reviews by competing drop-shippers. Of course you are covered by a visa or mastercard guarantee if your product fails to arrive, my question was the quality of the product and how prompt they were. This seems fine. Instructions on how to use the kit are in every e-mail and text message, they have sent that 4 times. Don't expect ANY help from them. If there is a problem, write the pharmacy. The package was delayed (by FEDEX, which is awful where I live) and arrived warm. I wrote BIOVERSE "provider chat" received no reply at all. (Fortunately I was able to determine from Grok AI that semiglutide can sit at room temp for a few days and be okay as long as it doesn't reach 85 degrees.) This is a drop shipper.

I was accepted the same day that I inquired and injections were sent within a couple of days. However, going into my third week on 10 units of GLP-1...it does not seem to curb my appetite enough. I am hungry. I have tried this injection last year from another company and lost 30 lbs. in 4 months. Kept the weight off but I wanted to lose more. As I remember it curbed my appetite a lot more. Hopefully, it will improve soon.

So far the experience has been easy to follow and good communication from Bioverse. I reached out feeling apprehensive about having my ID and CC information online with them, but everything is moving in the right direction.

Update: I am now on my third vial of tirzepatide. Although the vials appear only 1/4 full, I was able to draw 275 units from each vial, which at 8mg per ml concentration (from Empower pharmacy), means each vial contained 22mg total. So there was more than enough medicine for 3 months, considering my dosage was 2.5mg weekly for month 1, and 5mg weekly for months 2 and 3. Keep in mind the amount you're injecting is tiny. I found the medicine to be very effective to suppress appetite and I lost about 25 lbs in three months. For reference, I placed my order on 12/31/2024, my meds were shipped on 1/8/2025, and I received my meds on 1/13/2025. That being said, there are some negatives I will share. As time went on, I found Bioverse was having a hard time responding timely to my messages, including messages I sent to the doctor. I think this company would be fine for someone that is just looking to get meds, already knows what they're doing, and doesn't need much support from a doctor (this is my situation, so it's fine for me). But if you need close medical oversight, I would not recommend Bioverse. Also, you should be aware that the legal environment for compounding these medicines is changing, which is impacting the pharmacies' ability to fulfil and ship orders. Basically, the FDA and big pharma (the ones that own the patents for the name brands of these meds) are trying to shut down compounding. Some compounding pharmacies are getting sued and/are shutting down, so the ones that are still operating are really backed up with orders. This is out of Bioverse's control, but they still should do a better job communicating about it. My biggest issue is that Bioverse seems to initiate the processing of refills exactly on your renewal date. My renewal date was 3/31/2025 since I signed up on 12/31/2024. With processing and shipping times on top of that, there's a risk you could run out of medicine before receiving a refill. In my opinion, this is the biggest problem with this company, with the slow response times being secondary. I personally decided to source some backup meds from another company just in case. Original Review: I've been taking compounded tirzepatide from this company for 2 weeks now, and it's working great! I don't feel hungry and I'm eating much less. I lost 5 pounds in the first week and I have not had any adverse side effects. The ordering process was easy and I got my meds very quickly. The price was also really good. I had sent a question to their customer service, and it was answered it right away. I feel like I was kind of taking a chance with this company, but so far, I am super happy. Hopefully things will continue to go well. If not, I will update this review!
