I would say overall the communication was delayed at times, but got better over time. I feel the staff is knowledgeable and seems to care about my overall progress. I had a shipping delay and they expedited it to ensure I did not miss my next dose. I think within the next year or two the overall experience will get better as they scale. I am pleased with Bioverse overall.

I have been using semaglutide for 6 mos now and have lost a total of 35 lbs. I am happy with the results for sure the price not too much, however, it is worth the cost when it works. Some people benefit from this medication and some do not, depends on the work you put into it to actually losing the weight

i have had no issues with service, so i haven’t needed to contact them. i had tried Ro and it is a stronger medication (also, costs a lot more), so my only “issue” is it’s not as effective.

Ordered product on 5/12. I had missed sending them some needed items, and they responded to my emails. Then communication stopped despite many emails I sent thereafter. At one point, I threatened to report them as a scam and stop payment thru my bank and still no reply... then I rec'd my order about 4 weeks later. The are legit, but they don' communicate with you.

The only thing I don't like is the response time when you send a message takes a little while and my first shipment took a little longer but that wasn't due to them it was due to the pharmacy
