I’ve been waiting three weeks for prescription. They keep saying same thing. Working on order. If something doesn’t get resolved soon I will be forced to dispute with my credit card company.

i was lied to by one website about their semaglutude and BIOVERSE SWORE TO ME THEY WOULDN'T! AND THEY DID! same as the last place LIFEMD! same liess! they ALL HAVE HIDDEN COSTS SO FAR! see screen shots i just sent them! them send meds and it says $175, rgiht? BS,they charged my card $225 - then it says to take 1.25 ml and a 2.50 bottle, so i emailed them and said, well, this is only two weeks worth and are you sending other bottle? they said, no, that lasts a month! i'm like, NO IT DOESN'T it says to take 1.25 ml, which means two weeks' worth! that means it's now $450 a month! such BS! they get you to sign up and says "it's only $175" then the price changes and then it's only two weeks worth, SAME EXACT THING LIFE MD DID TO ME! and they did same thing with B12 cuz this makes you so damned tired! and you HAVE to order!

Has anyone had them take 2 days to answer? i am a bit bummed....

They don't answer their email, phone, or messaging system. I am not in US and asked to hold the shipment until next month and they still sent it. Now the semaglutide is on the sun for 10 days. They better not change me for this

Still waiting on my order.. says the pharmacy is still processing even though it's been nearly 2 weeks? I can't get ahold of anyone through email nor phone calls. And no refund policy is crazy considering people don't get their medicine in time? UPDATE. Canceled order, disputing with bank. STILL have not heard anything/still says pharmacy is processing my order. It's now Sept. 11, 2024.

My concern is with billing and the follow up to get it resolved. I have been trying for over a month to get a copy of my prescription, for my FSA payment and still nothing. When this was originally charged, they charged it as a supplement, not a prescription medication. Therefore, my FSA wants a copy of the prescription, and I have yet to receive it. The overall patient care is subpar considering they will not pick up the phone to get this handled. I have reflected on my entire experience and realized the lack of human interaction is sparse at best. I never spoke to a medical professional, they reviewed the basic questions but never talked to me or asked questions. This should have been a red flag, but I decided to the journey was going to happen. I just want them to call me to resolve the billing information. As for the medicine, it has worked for me and it is $702.00 for 3 months. I am on the compounded Tirzerpatide.

My order was approved 11 days ago. Haven't received any shipping information. They say a max of 7 business days? There are hard to get a hold of. Soon I'm gonna dispute my $477 CC charge. Thanks

I am a new client and while the medical staff is wonderful the customer service are rude and refuse to fix an issue that they created. When I signed up I entered my credit card and realized it was one that I didn't get points on so I changed it that day prior to being approved for the medication. The change was showing correctly when I got the approval. They charged the wrong card and when I brought it to their attention they said they would look into it. Not hearing anything back I wrote them again and got a nasty reply and a note saying they would not fix it. It's funny how my card must have been charged before the approval.
