I want to stop my order and I can not get a hold of them

I received my prescription a few weeks ago. Today I went to inject and notice both vials sent were almost empty! There is no way this will last for 3 months! I called the pharmacy and we compared the actual information they received from Bioverse vs what is shown on my information and they do not match! I have called and emailed with only a response that customer service will contact me... This place is a scam

I tried to cancel my RX for over 3 months, no one would reply, they kept changing my account and would not reply to my continuous emails sent. I also, sent product ( return to sender) they still charged my account.

I signed up for a three-month supply for about $480 (equals about $160/month). Four weeks in, I get a notice to complete my check-in which I complete and get confirmation for. I’m not supposed to complete a check-in for another four-weeks (week 8). But at about 6 1/2 weeks, and no other notification from BIOVERSE, I suddenly get an “your order has been submitted” and a second email saying that, because I haven’t completed my check-in, they’re charging me $289 for a 1-month supply. I was not notified about needing another check-in nor before they charged my card. I DID NOT approve this incredibly expensive charge. $289 is almost twice what I expected to pay. Why am I penalized for not submitting a check-in that wasn’t even due for another week and a half?! Now they’re ignoring my emails and messages. Stay away from these thieves at all costs!

I clearly communicated that I was switching from another provider and was on the highest dose. They sent me the "starter kit" that starts at a low dose and goes up. Got my medicine for 3 months - 2 vials that are less than 1/4 full. I have messaged them repeatedly and cannot get anyone to respond except a canned AI response. Seems borderline malpractice from a company that promotes itself as healthcare.

Scammers they took my money and never gave me the medicine. When confronted about it they refused to respond me.

I received an initial tritate 3 vial start and had no weight loss. I spent another $1,035 for an additional 3 months at a higher dose and have had that subscription for 1 month. Throughout this month I have been receiving messages that my original subscription will be auto shipped and I have been emailing consistently to cancel the old dose as I have the higher dose that will last until December. My credit card was charged for $289 for the auto shop of the old dose. There is no way to call and speak to anyone about this and to resolve this issue.

Price is good but if you should have any issues it's impossible to get any help. Shortly after getting my meds I was locked out of my account and kept getting an error message. I tried everything but couldn't log in. You can call but can't get through to anyone. I left multiple voicemails, sent email requests and still no one has bothered to call me back. I am not able to do my check ins or communicate with my doctor, and told them this but still no response. I can't even reorder so I'll have to go elsewhere to continue my meds. But I will sure let people know that there is absolutely no assistance with them.
