I have used the name brand with great results. Several weeks in and nothing. Sent a message and received no reply. At my monthly check I was told I could not increase the dose. Semiglutide is great! Bioverse is terrible! I have needed to message Bioverse several times in the last 4 months that I have used their service and have rarely received a reply in less than two weeks. I am currently out of medication, and was charged over $900 (3 month supply) on January 10th for my next dose. I was told it was shipped on January 11th and I still have not received it (today is the 22nd.) As I write this review, they responded to my email saying my rx is at the fulfillment center, which means I will miss administering my next dose and that they lied when they said it shipped on Jan 11th. This is my 4th frustrating month with them. They know the shipping schedule so there is no reason to be so late with it. They were on time when it came to charging my credit card! Semiglutide is available at several online companies. The price is pretty much the same everywhere outside of an introductory first order. I suggest you save yourself from frustration and use another company.

Do not use this company. They never answer the phone My delivery was delayed a week so when it arrived it was not cold. Contacted them was told to take pictures which I did. Did not hear back so I wrote more emails because no one answers the phone. 7 days later they reply that that will hear from them in 1-2 days of course I have not. Received an email yesterday from someone that they tried calling me which is BS they didn't leave a message? Well, you would figure someone would call me yesterday or today but no. I have disputed the charge with the credit card company and now will go on every site possible and leave a bad review. I saw below the something happened to someone else, and they did nothing.

Been on their Tirzepatide For 8 weeks. I feel like its just saline solution. No effect what so ever no side effect didn’t lose any weight and in the monthly check in i did complain i got an answer that looks like an AI standard answer that didn’t address any of my concerns. They gave me a total of 3ml for 3 months when I would need 7 if I were to go by their directions .25 4 weeks (from a 1ml bottle which is only 2 doses NOT 4/a month) then .5 then 1 they didn’t give me the correct amount of the prescription they lie and steal money from you STAY AWAY do not get caught in this scam!!! I am currently using Bioverse, at times it has taken up to 8 days to receive a response. I signed up for a 3 month subscription, I am on week 10 now. After trying to find out when the renewal is online it did not say anything under subscription or next shipment as indicated on their website. Yesterday morning I noticed a charge of $289 for a one month supply, this charge was never authorized by myself. Several hours later I received an automated text stating that I was shipped a one month supply so I wouldn’t run out and implied I did not complete checkins when I received them. I sent a message yesterday at 5:24pm with no response. This charge was never authorized, as the website even shows I have a 3 month subscription to be renewed on Feb 13. So I’m being charged $289 just to hold me an over for a month because Bioverse can’t send my shipment when it is due. Yet I have the option of changing my refill date on Feb 6, First shipment was 10/12. **Bioverse Response** I never agreed to a one month supply it was set up from the very beginning as a 3 month subscription. I never replied back due to their unsavory business practices and reading other reviews. Found another provider where they aren’t trying to charge me more than was agreed upon when signing up with Bioverse. Beware of Bioverse and their business practices.
