It was a bumpy ride when I first started with Bioverse. I received the medication fast that was amazing, but customer service was not answering me at all, and I was almost out of the medication. I called and talk to someone and explained what was going on and she immediately took care of everything, called the pharmacy and took care of things there to. I even ended up with a refund. I am very happy with this company now, and have learned that if they do not answer a message, call!! Semaglutide works well and i have lost over 20 pounds. The only thing I'm not thrilled with is the price goes up when the dose goes up. Even tho it works its pricey.

It was fast and easy to get started losing weight.

They have been truely helpful with any medical questions i Had i just started 3 weeks ago so il update if any changes in weight But i did feel lil more Energy n less Hunger

Bioverse has been so helpful and attentive. I was running low on my vial and I wouldn’t have been able to make it to my next shipment date which would have been a month and a half out. I reached out to the team and they got in contact with the pharmacy and handled the situation for me. I did go about 3 days without hearing from them but I was reassured after the 4th day of contacting them that they were still waiting on pharmacy. 2 days later I had my new shipment with 2 vials in it. Very grateful for the quick shipping and follow up afterwards.

Great customer service

I will say that with 1 of my orders, it didn’t come for 4 days and was very warm, that was a big concern for me, they were concerned as well and had it replaced ASAP. The rep Eric Tapan, Lead Coordinator I was dealing with was wonderful and professional. One thing I don’t like so much is the price increase when I see the lower offers that they are now giving.

I have generally been pleased with the process and impact of the medication. There seems to be some bugs in their system that impacts communication and the prompts to complete tasks you receive when you log-in. The Bioverse team has been great at responding and acknowledging the issues, but there has been little progress made in actually solving the problems.
