If I could give them zero stars I would. I didn’t lose 1 ounce with their product. When I contacted customer service it took days for the reply ‘some people don’t lose on the lower dose but keep using it until your 4 week checkup’ at 4 weeks still no loss and NO SIDE EFFECTS! This is a compounded ‘medication’ I’d like to know how much water is in it and how much if any medication is in it. Don’t waste your money or get your hopes up. They are a scam!

Bioverse is to be avoided. They will charge to your credit card, yet ship NOTHING. Emails go unanswered for days and the customer support line is open only 6 hours a day. Is this the type of company you want to buy medicine from? Do yourself a favor and find another provider.

All I have from them are empty promises. They have had my money for eight days, and nothing has shipped.

I placed my order with Bioverse 2/25/2025 and was told 3 different stories it’s in the fulfillment center, the pharmacy could not see the orders (March 7th) your order will. E expedited. Called spoke to a human and they told me they will have a coordinator call me in 2 business days. I put a report into the BBB . They took my money on February 25th and when I asked for a refund d never heard back

Ordered 3/5/2025 and have received nothing for the $849.00 I spent. Supposedly, orders arrive within 5-7 days. Order shows pharmacy is processing and no one responds to my messages.

I’m on day 10 of my order “processing in Pharmacy” contacted customer support and they told me the pharmacy can’t see the orders Bioverse has sent them!? Ok…no indication of when I will get the meds. Nothing. I again reached out 2 days later and said I felt like I was scammed and to please update me. Now I’m being ghosted! The phone is always on a vm saying they are closed and to call back during business hours! I am contacting bank for fraud! They had no problem processing my order, but all the problems getting me what I paid for! Don’t use them!!

There is something wrong with this company. They charged me for my order, then took a month of back and forth communications with them before they finally shipped it - each time claiming it was in their fulfillment center, and then told that the pharmacy has it, to then just be told its in fulfillment, to go back and forth not knowing where it is or whats happening. Constant Ground Hog Day. Finally, it was shipped and only 1/3 of the order was delivered although I paid for 3/3rds. When I mentioned what happened, I was asked to prove that they didn't send what they were supposed to. Now 10 days later, and in spite of multiple attempts to reach them, there has been no response. I think they are having financial and / or system problems as they don't respond and haven't resolved the issue in almost two months. The only thing they efficiently processed was taking my payment. This has been an awful experience and would not recommend doing business with this company until they figure out their issues. Its terrible

I was looking for a more affordable semaglutide and thought I found it with Bioverse. Supposedly, for 774 dollars I would receive 17.5 mg of Semaglutide, which they say is a six month supply. I placed the order on Sunday and on 03/12/2025 I received the order. When I opened the box to put everything in the fridge, I looked at the bottles and noticed that the amounts of semaglutide was incorrect. They sent me a bottle with 2 mg and a bottle with 5 mg. Definitely not the 17.5 that is says on my subscription. I messaged immediately and then started reading reviews. Immediately, I canceled the subscription. Bioverse needs to send me the correct dosage for the full six months or refund me for the missing amount.
