I re-ordered the next round of medicine in early February. Bioverse a) took over a week to even react to my inquiry on 'Where is my refill?". 3 weeks later, they claimed the order was never processed (!!!!!!!!), then they said they could refund me the money, I stated NO, I want the medicine !!! So today is March 28th, and I have no idea or information if I will ever receive my paid medicine ever?!!!!!?! I was super excited at first, but that went bad really fast. I am 2 weeks past my scheduled dosage!!!

I placed my order on 3/18/25 and got a message right away basic info on how to use the medication. But it still shows pharmacy processing and no shipment . I paid $477 for 3 months and it should be 3 vials with different dosage for each month. Hopefully it comes soon and hopefully they didn’t screw me out of my money. I’m going to call and ask for a refund because they haven’t even filled my order yet . My friend ordered from another company Thin MD and had her medication within 5 days delivered. Not sure what this place is doing besides stealing my money. 😡

Zero stars! Paid the fee. It’s been a month and a half and still have not received the medication! Don’t use this company. Try to call and email and just get the runaround! Fraud company!

This company isn't prescribing enough medication to get through 3 months. I was on this medication through another company and that's how I know there isn't enough for 3 months. There was barely an eighth of an inch in the vial. Not enough for three months. The company doesn't want to make it right. It's a scam for 477.00 .

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! This is the most disorganized and highly unprofessional medical site I have ever used. I tried to use it to re-order an existing RX at a better price. Upon ordering I let them know I was on my last dose, please expedite. My card was charged immediately. 2/26. Told my prescription would be arriving 5-7 days later. 10 days later I was told the order had been canceled. - WHAT??? I never canceled.I was waiting for it. I wrote back and explained, They never said "we are refunding your money, the order was canceled Just 'your oder was canceled ". They don't call.You have to email so I emailed again.They apologized profusely andexplained it was going out again. Five days later nothing. I write again. They tell me they refunded me. Why, wasnt was already shipped like you told me last week? We just canceled your order. But you told me last week you shipped it. No it was just canceled (never shipped). Would you like to reorder?? So they canceled without askin and were not going to refund my money, when I inquired they lied to me twice., And I certainly did not want to reorder from them again.Stay away. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

I ordered my product and paid for it on March 13th. The Facebook Ad said that it could take up to 7 days to receive. It's March 24th and the order is still processing. I sent several emails and I received acknowledgements stating that there is probably a backup in the processing. I sent an email today cancelling my order.

I submitted my request for a prescription on March 1. It got approved on March 3 and as of March 21 the pharmacy has been processing. I have sent several emails and messages on their site as well as trying to call and no one will help me all they respond with is it’ll ship when it’s done processing, but never addressed the issue with the processing. Also, a few times I have called. I never get to speak to a live person because they said they have a high volume. This place is absolutely ridiculous.
