I am still waiting on my refund because I will clearly never get any product!!!!! This is an absolute shame that I put my order in on 4/10 and still nobody has gotten back with me about anything and it still says “pharmacy processing” you guys are a HUGE SCAM and I definitely have reported you to the BBB and will continue to let everyone know not to fall for your SCAM by sending any money! I WANT MY $702 BACK NOW!!

They charged me for 3 months worth of a medication and then after they had my money for well over a week gave no update on my order. When I messaged them to get an update, suddenly their supplier can't do 3 month prescriptions anymore, they would only give me one month and they wanted to jack up the price by $30 for only getting a one month supply. They will not honor the price already paid, the order already placed and I'm still waiting on a refund.

There is something going on with this company. Was with them for about 5 months at maximum dose of SEMA as I switched providers. All was great as far as timing at first, but was charged 1K plus erroneosly that was reimbursed. They have you checkin every month even if you have a 60 day supply left. Well this month did not recieve a checkin email and text like usual. After 3 messages (in the patient portal) and 3 emails, they have not responded as to my need for SEMA as I am out! I have had to make other arrangements. The potential problem is that I asked for the price? They don't like to give the actual price and will wack you for several times more even though they advertise a low price.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. They said I’d receive my package in 5-7 day I got it after 10 days. I had even sent out an email to them and messaged them and didn’t get a response. After messaging them for a couple of days I heard back and said that it was going to be shipped out in a couple of days. Then they were meant to do a check in after 4 weeks. I haven’t heard back from them. It’s been another 4 weeks and still nothing. A friend of mine has also had trouble. They have charged over card several times over $1,400 dollars worth in a couple of days. When she reached out to them they had not responded for over a week. She tried calling the company with no response either. Just an awful company. Never will use them again.

It was all good until I didn't renew my next shipment of my compounded Semaglutide. They sent me a message that they were sending one vial to continue my care. They charged me the full price of $289 for one vial. This is what I paid for 3 vials. Since then I have texted them 3 times and called 4 times. They called me back this past weekend to see what my problem was, I told them and told me they would call me back later that day. They haven't called back or emailed or texted. Stay away from them!! I'll report this to my bank as a disputed charge.

I have sent several messages and no one responds. I am still waiting on my second order to come through and no updates. I was overcharged and no one responded as to why. Filing a dispute and filing legal charges against this company

This company you need to run from, they scammed me out of 477.15 in December 2024 and will not respond to my emails or calls and then in March also charged me 289.00 for a month supply I received but didn't request. I had left several messages for them to remove me and never send or charge me again but that didn't happen. The 3 month order I ordered and paid 477.15 in December came with syringes and achol wipes but no prescription of semiglutide period. Their scammers

I have tried to reach someone/anyone at Bioverse for a couple of weeks and no response. I have used the patient portal and sent email. Crickets. I have now canceled my service but am concerned because I cannot delete my CC information.
