Zero stars. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They do not answer any questions, regardless of manner of contact. This is the most neglectful absence of service I’ve ever experienced. It’s abhorrent to think they are positioned to proved any medical oversight. Do NOT use this company for anything!

I have been waiting a month and my order still says processing. I have contacted them through the message portal, email and phone 16 times WITH NO RESONSE!!! I WANT MY $702 BACK!! This place is a total scam. Do not fall for it!

I am just now seeing the reviews. I placed my order and over a week later, still “processing”. It is ridiculous how long it has taken and I’m really do believe all of these reviews stating Bioverse is a scam is true. I haven’t been able to get anyone on the phone and it shouldn’t take so long to process any order. I have not filed any legal action or BBB reports yet, as I would like to give the company an opportunity to respond to this review first. Requesting a full refund.

I have been a customer since 8/24 and initially was pleased with their product and responsiveness to questions. In early December I was charged for a renewal but didn’t receive meds and I had a difficult time getting any communications for about 3 weeks in late December and eventually ran out of medication. I finally got my prescription after 4 weeks and continued medication as prescribed on my plan - messaging improved and product was delivered. I am now experiencing the same problem trying to renew my 3 month prescription-unable to access my monthly check in documents , no response to daily website messaging for over a week, no response to 3 phone calls and 3 email messages in the past week. Finally heard from them today via website message and was told my prescription is being refilled at an higher cost and I should receive the product within 7 days. This will mean I am without my injection for more than 2 weeks. I am also not confident my medication will arrive any time soon. I have tried to switch to a different provider but because my BMI is now just below the threshold for treatment - although I still have 10 lbs to lose to reach my goal-I am told by other providers I can’t start treatment with them. I am very frustrated y poorly worded messages and non working email links and feel Bioverse is managing this program very poorly.

DO NOT GIVE AWAY YOUR INFORMATION A TOTAL SCAM!!! I signed up they asked for a picture of my ID and send them a selfie I have not heard from them since! They have all my information including creditcard and I have not received anything no message email nothing!! I will be filing a complaint against them!!!

They don't pay their contractors, and apparently lots of customers aren't getting their products either. Likely scam

I am not able to reach ANYONE at the company. I have been trying for a month! Phones are unanswered. Messages are not returned. Using the message function in the patient portal gets no response. Emails get no response. They charged my account, but it would seem that don't actually have anyone working there. They promised me that the price would not go up no matter what the dosage was, but that was also a lie. It went up 70% when it renewed, but despite my card being charged, there is no order showing on the website, and the company isn't providing any responses to customers. Please let me know if anyone else is going to file a lawsuit for medical damages as a result of not getting their medication. I believe we can get a good class action suit going!
