I would give zero stars if possible! They sucker you in with low prices, timely shipping and mediocre communication with first order...then it becomes a dumpster fire of no communication, charges of triple the amount and no sign of medications...This company truly is a fraud...Be careful and be ready to dispute if you move forward with them....I am also researching all the "providers" to report licenses if they actually exist! Garbage!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! ZERO STARS!!! The initial process was easy, but that is the only good thing I can say about them. Their communication is awful. You send a message to them and it could go weeks before you hear back, if at all. I was on the prefilled Monjaro 2.5 for the first month through my doctor's office. It was only a sample though. It worked fantastic!!! I was not hungry at all and lost just over 10 pounds!!! Once I stated taking the "compound" Trizepatide through them, my hunger came back immediately and my weight loss stopped. There is no way they were supplying the real drug!!! It was a placebo for sure. It was a very expensive lesson!!!!!

I would give it zero if I could. Bio verse has not returned any of my emails I’ve sent for support. I have left several messages on the one phone line that’s never managed or answered. Just try and find a phone number on their website and or any of their information. Too soon for me to weigh in on the successfulness of their product. But apparently they outsource it to a pharmacy so bio verse is just a marketing company with no depth. In Addition, they charged me $349 for my first purchase To date I have asked them five times to explain why they charge me this much when it’s supposed to be 149 per month

I was charge medication, right away. The medication did not get delivered, I can’t get a timely response. I can’t get my meds or a refund.. a total nightmare.

Don’t do it! I signed up for 3 months worth of semaglutide for $129/month and they turned around and charged me $449/month. Of course I email and nobody gets back to me. I will be disputing the charge. This is a scam!

This is the 2nd time I've turned to Trustpilot for help and to vent. I most certainly would not recommend dealing with Bioverse in any way whatsoever! Especially when there are so many other companies out there wanting my business. My card was charged on 5/9/25 and 10 days later I'm told that there's been a delay due to a shortage of meds which isn't true. Oh, it may be another 10 - 12 days before I receive my order. I'm done with Bioverse!

I would have given 0 stars if I could. Took my money but did NOT SEND THE MEDS. I waited almost a month, no meds. Finally, after involving my attorney, I received a refund. This “company” is fraudulent. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND MONEY AND PASS ON THIS SCAM!

Terrible customer service! Makes some people pay for 6 months and only receive 3 months medication while others pay for 6 months and get 6 months medication They never return emails or calls Do not use
