I have taken semaglutide through another company without any problems. I switched to Bioverse because of the savings. It makes me so sick it reminds me of when I was suffering through chemo. I've tried logging in to get advice or a refund but all the links come back with "page not found". Total waste of $800.

They were not at all transparent about the no refund policy. I wasted 800 dollars because the order was processed and I was immediately charged but the same day learned from an actual doctor that I can’t be on this medication. It was too late and there was zero option to cancel the order which should have been possible considering it was just sent. This company is a scam. Also I have tried to reach out to the support and got no response and half of the websites links for info on billing etc. said error page. I’m just so upset that I’m losing that amount of money for nothing. Don’t order anything from them, the providers do not do a thorough enough evaluation to make sure it’s right for your individual case and will offer zero help if a change to the order needs to be made.

***update - medication was finally sent 2 weeks late. For a medication that is to be kept cold, they said it was shipped Friday however I received no shipping number until I asked Monday when the medication was coming. Medication won’t arrive until Tuesday. AFTER asking over and over and writing this review, it was sent. They also changed the website to where you can no longer stop the subscription. BE AWARE!!! This company is very unresponsive. They say that the customer service is there to help and the "medical team" is there to answer any questions you have. After I took my first shot I was extremely sick. I messaged them and it took 3 weeks for someone to respond. The amount of medication they gave me did not last the entire time it was supposed to. My last shot was only half the dose it was supposed to be. I asked that the 2nd shipment be sent early since they did not send enough medication. Three different people said they would look into it and that it would be sent, but none of them can tell me when. Avoid at all cost.

500 dollars to guarantee weight loss and I lost 3 pounds in 3 months , very unprofessional and suspicious on so called medication , wish I would have listened to more people and not trusted it but I’m out my money now so maybe I can help someone else in making they’re decision

I have used GLP in the past from another pharmacy but went on a break. I wish I had used the same pharmacy as before I had no issues with them. With this pharmacy I am getting very sick from medication and wasted $400.00. I would recommend using another pharmacy.

This company is a scam. I was charged $500 and never received any medication. They will not answer your call. I have been calling since May 1st and only today, July 18th did they pick up the phone after 76 tries and I was told I would not be receiving any medication or a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
