Bioverse doesn’t dispense what the provider ordered
My cardiologist approved Semaglutide only and what was shipped was Semaglutide with additional products. After contacting them, I was told they didn’t have any Semaglutide only. False advertisement!!!

They have horrible customer service…
They have horrible customer service with no follow through. When they do message back they aren’t helpful. I received my first theee months in one vial in July and from years of working in a pharmacy I knew right away there wasn’t enough medicine in there to last three months. I emailed immediately with pictures and they did nothing. I took it as prescribed although I emailed numerous times that I was seeing zero results and again they did nothing! Fast forward to September… I emailed again that I was going to run out of medication before the shipment in October and nothing from them. It’s October 4th and guess what… I’m completely out of medication. Now I have to go two weeks without medication because BIOVERSE refused from the start to listen, reply and react. They are horrible!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THEM
was put on autorenewal, had a VERY expensive order sent without my permission. When I tried to cancel the order, I was told it was too late, even though it had not shipped. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them

If I could give less than 1 star, I would
My experience with Bioverse has been awful. My order was marked as delivered, but I never received it. On top of that, I was overcharged, and despite reaching out multiple times through messages and emails, I have received no response. The lack of customer service and accountability is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from them again and would strongly caution others against doing so.

This place is horrible they ripped me…
This place is horrible they ripped me off sent me a vial with one syringe full in it and then wouldnt refund or make it right ask me to send everything over pictures and all and I did then never got a response for weeks then they tried to charge me again then I finally was able to cancel and they still never refunded me or tried to make it right screw this place

Horrible communication and never sent 3 months worth of medication. Send 8 weeks. After I paid for it!! Do not recommend
