I bought a beautiful ceramic lamp and thought initially that you were crooks when my delivery did not arrive when I expected it. When I complained, you immediately responded politely and explained that I had mistaken my delivery date and soon delivered our lamp. I now enjoy it daily. Thank you.

I am so frustrated!
I am so frustrated!! My rug still has not shipped and i've been in contact via email multiple times. you're customer service is terrible!

No instructions
No instructions, star tip screws that are difficult to screw in and color was not as pictured. Delivery time was wmuch too long !!!!

Everyone reading this and thinking…
Everyone reading this and thinking about purchasing anything from this company, just don’t. Your package will arrive damaged and they won’t refund you because it won’t be the complete product even though it wouldn’t be the customer’s fault they didn’t receive the complete product. Can never get a person on the phone and there’s only one customer service representative who has no problem lying to you. Please do not waste your money and time on this company, they do not respect their customers and only care about $$$ NOT customer satisfaction. At the end of the day you’ll just be fighting for a refund. I’d rather not have anyone else deal with this miserable experience and miserable excuse of a company.
