ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER FOR TRAVEL AND DAILY LIFE

Years ago I tried a GoLite for SAD, and it worked well—until I fell out of the habit. After that, I only used a standard light box occasionally. When I heard about AYO, I was intrigued. Between gray Chicago winters and the likelihood of spending time in even darker locales, I decided to give it a try. The convenience alone is a huge win. No worrying about positioning yourself just right in front of a fixed box—just put the glasses on and go about your day. What truly surprised me, though, was how quickly and effectively it helped adjust my circadian rhythm. With guidance from Alex, the owner of AYO, I was able to shift my sleep schedule in just a few days ahead of a trip to Puerto Rico. I’m normally a night person, so traveling two hours ahead made the idea of earlier mornings pretty daunting. But after wearing the glasses for a few days before the trip—and continuing during it—I was able to wake up easily before 9 a.m. Puerto Rico time every single day. That may not sound dramatic to some people, but it’s always been a sticking point with my wife, who’s an early riser. Being able to keep what most people would consider a “normal” schedule was honestly a dream come true. Even after returning home, I’m still getting up comfortably and promptly before 9 a.m. I can’t emphasize enough how powerful this device is—or how responsive and helpful the company has been. No, it’s not cheap, but it’s absolutely worth every penny. I’m very glad I didn’t try to save money with knockoffs. What really stood out to me was how accessible and helpful the company has been—having direct, thoughtful guidance made a huge difference.

Excellent customer service
Had some technical issues with the product, the customer service is amazing, probably one of the best, gave me different options to rectify the issue. The replacement works perfectly and does help with improving my sleep wake cycle, now it's on me to ensure consistency. Great product and more importantly perfect customer service!

Pootje afgebroken…
Ik ben ontzettend tevreden over de werking van mijn Ayo lite lichttherapie bril, kan echt niet meer zonder! Maar nu ben ik geheel onthand doordat er een pootje is afgebroken. Voor zo'n dure aanschaf vind ik dat wel een kwalijke zaak Na deze review heeft Ayo direct contact met mij opgenomen en krijg ik een nieuwe bril toegestuurd! Dat vind ik echt ongekend goede service 👍!!!

Snelle levering en top bril!
Snelle levering en top bril! Al na een tweetal dagen gebruik merk ik dat ik veel frisser ben en minder vermoeid rondloop. Klein nadelig puntje: de bril is te groot voor mijn hoofd. Door de neusbevestiging blijft hij wel op zijn plaats, maar de oortjes van de bril zweven wat naast mijn oren. Ik moet ze regelmatig achter mijn oren duwen en vooral heel rustige bewegingen maken als ik wil dat hij niet uitvalt.

Het spijt ons te horen dat de pasvorm van uw AYO-bril niet optimaal is. In veel gevallen kan het aanpassen van het neusstukje helpen om de bril beter op zijn plaats te houden en de pootjes beter om de oren te laten sluiten. I bought these for the red light…
I bought these for the red light therapy that biohacker mode enables. I have been satisfied with that so far. However within a month one of the arms started feeling flimsy like it would break off soon. AYO Support quickly helped my get a replacement pair within a few days. I am impressed and thankful for the help and support. — David
