Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience with us. We're sorry to hear you felt the instructions weren't easy to find, and we completely understand how frustrating that can be when you're just getting started. We'd love to clarify that we actually offer guidance through several channels, precisely because different customers prefer different ways of learning: • Our online Support Center, available anytime at https://support.goayo.com/hc/en-us, with articles, how-tos, and tips • A step-by-step onboarding email series delivered once you register in the AYO app. These are designed to walk you through everything at a comfortable pace • A printed manual included inside the product packaging The daily emails you mentioned are part of that onboarding journey in the app, but that guidance (and more) is also permanently accessible on our Support Center, so you never have to wait for the next email to get the information you need. That said, we never want any customer to feel left without support, and someone from our team will be reaching out to you personally to make sure you have everything you need to get the most out of your AYO. Thank you again for your feedback as it helps us improve. We're here for you every step of the way! Kind regards, AYO team

Thank you very much for your thoughtful review and for sharing your experience in such detail. We truly appreciate your kind words and we’re especially glad to hear the glasses have helped you maintain a more consistent sleep schedule. We’re also very grateful for your feedback about the nose rest. Comfort is extremely important, and insights like yours help us continue improving the product. As we always strive to refine both fit and performance, we would love to better understand your experience and learn more about what type of nosepiece might work better for you. If you’re open to it, could you please reach out to us at [email protected]? Your feedback could directly influence future design improvements. Thank you again for your support and for helping us get better. Kind regards, AYO team

Hi Hannah, Thank you so much for sharing your thoughtful experience with AYO. We’re thrilled to hear that you’re enjoying the device, especially the Biohacker mode, and finding it so helpful even at 61° N. We truly appreciate your detailed suggestions. We've shared your feedback with our product development team as such ideas are exactly the kind of insights that help us improve. Regarding the slide-out blue part of the case, we completely understand your point. While the design is generally quite sturdy and we haven’t had any cases of it breaking, your feedback is definitely valid and something we’ll keep in mind moving forward. Thanks again for being part of the AYO community and for helping us get even better. Warm regards, The AYO Team

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're glad to hear you find the device itself to be good and appreciate your thoughts on improving the app—your suggestions make sense and help us grow. We have shared them already with our technical team. Regarding the battery life, you should be experiencing the duration as mentioned on our website or even longer. We'd love to investigate this further to ensure everything is functioning as it should. Can you please contact us at [email protected] so we can assist you promptly? Thank you!
