Payout denial
They accused me of using a VPS, closed my account and banned me. They say in their FAQ that the VPS rule does not apply to accounts purchased before 12 August 2026. My 150k Instant premium was bought on 5 August 2026 and they still used it against me. I tried to work it out with their support but they ghosted me
