I just passed their challenge i respected all rules and then they breached my account for no any reason , they told me the cause was VPS service in fact didn’t use any of that i trade through data plan (LTE) no any of auto trade mecanism or vps , they are just scamming people money unfortunatly

Hi Amir, We take account breaches seriously and they are only applied when our systems and Risk Team identify activity that violates our trading rules. Since you state that you did not use a VPS or any automated trading mechanism, we’d like to verify the specific circumstances of your case rather than make assumptions publicly. We have requested your information through Trustpilot so we can identify your account and review the breach in detail. Once we receive the requested details, our team will be able to investigate the case properly and clarify the reason behind the decision.

I recently vented my emotions negatively here based on my recent experience with gft, after support reached out and explained things to me, I increased the star to 2stars. I did this Nevertheless I am not 100% certified with gft, reasons best known to me. Gft support is good so far I'm concerned. Payout is certified with gft as long as terms and conditions are met.
Response from GoatfundedOct 1, 2026
Hi Emmanuel, We’d like to clarify that this is not a hidden rule. News trading is allowed at GFT, but as clearly stated in our FAQs, there is a restricted window of 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after a high-impact news event. During this window, profits exceeding 1% of the account size are deducted. This does not mean news trading is prohibited. Traders can still trade and hold positions during news; the 1% limitation simply applies to profits generated within the specified news window. In your case, the relevant profits were deducted in accordance with this rule. The rule is publicly available in our FAQs so traders can review it before trading.
