Total crap. Worst experience in my life. Never use this piece of crap

Garbage fire of a service and the people they employ are even worse.

From all the horror stories, I never truly believe it until it happened to me. I had my exam started 2 hrs later than the original time. The Protor seems to have no experience in solving my technical issue and almost wanted me to reschedule. I almost had a mini heart attack. In the end, I had to ask the Protor to solve the problem myself which I did. After the technical error is solved, they transfer me to another Protor which took a very long time to reply me. I had to sit at my desk looking stupid the entire time. I had to ask them if everything's okay before they reply and told me that they had a technical error. Exam is already very stressful, this just made it worst. Hope that no students had to go through this.

Terrible. Most unnecessarily stressful exam experience ever.

Worst experience with proctorU. No understanding why universities are using this method of invigilation when there are so many better alternatives out there.

Proctor didnt adhere to the plans my university set for the exam (extra time for disabilty, notes allowed etc.). Proctor was creepy-unsettled during exam, poor preformance. Proctor had distracting stuff happening in their background (and as per rules you cant mute them to conconcentrate). I.e. music, fighting kids, notifications. Ability to access my private files on computer is not ok. Terms and conditions are shocking and i do not agree with them! Too bad i had to... or choose not sit my exams :/
