They lie on their website about shipping when they know full well they won't send you your product for weeks if not months. I wish I researched this company before initiating into this "processing" hell with them.

I have contacted customer service in regard to my lenses being tinted when i did not order tints. Her explanation was driver optics are already tinted and she will only issue 50 % refund. I REFUSE TO SIMPLY ACCEPT THAT. Your web site did not mention any thing about driver optics being tinted by default. I will send as many emails and phone calls as it takes for a full refund on the lenses. As of now i filed yet another report with the BBB.

worse experience ever ! customer service with attitude problem, call in & cancel the order after almost 2 months of wait, guess what happens next, without any prior notice... 45 days after i cancel the order, my order came... tried to return the order but they wanna tag me a $45 restock fee ! it took go optic almost 4 months to deliver 1 pair of sunglasses.... i really don't know why would anyone wanna work this company...

And sent no confirmation so I can't prove it. They were inflexible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are not a good place to do business.

I ordered and received 3 pairs of sunglasses from go optic but one of the pairs had a broken arm. I returned the faulty sunglasses to them at considerable cost (Australia). They emailed me and claimed that there was evidence I had used a pair of pliers on the brand new sunglasses!!!! I emailed them photos of the sunglasses that I had taken before I returned them which showed no evidence of pliers being used on the sunglasses and still they would not honor their own warranty policy. In effect they have sold a pair of completely useless sunglasses. DO NOT BUY FROM go optic!!!!!

I used go-optic to purchase my very first pair of prescription glasses and used them because they were one of the few vendors that carried the Berkshire Chase frames I was looking for. The online order form was very easy to use and the communication I had with them by phone and live-chat was very helpful. I placed my order on 02/04/11 and received my glasses yesterday on 02/15/11. The frames and prescription are wonderful and I would certainly use go-optic again in the future.

Don't buy from them. I was shipped wrong glasses returned them and got the right ones but they refused to pay total of $15 shipping charges due to their mistake. Took me many emails and phone calls.

I would tell anyone who thinks of purchasing with this company to RUN the other way. It is horrible and has been a nightmare since I sent them back to be repaired. Any other optical store would have easily seen they were still under warranty and replaced the frames. They absolutely do not honor their warranties and have horrible customer service. They have since "lost" my frames and have not returned them to me and it has been a month that I am without my frames that I paid 300 dollars for. This company is horrible.
