Ordering is easy. Customer service representatives are responsive to calls and have answers. Website return policy is somewhat confusing regarding return policy -- it mentions a cancellation restocking fee but does not specify a restocking fee for returns. Clarifying language in return policy would be helpful.

I am so glad that I found Go Optic! The site was easy to navigate and secure. There were so many beautiful styles and great designers. I stumbled on Go Optic after I'd searched the inventory of several competitors for glasses that matched my style. Go Optic had a pair of frames that I had been unable to find online or in a store. I was prepared to spend up to $300, but I was able to get the frames from here at half the price. I don't usually write reviews, but I have to let people know what a great shopping experience this was for me. Thank you!
