I really like the Revolution eyeglass frame with the magnetic clip-ons. These frames last a long time, but the clip-ons are a high wear item, so I wanted a to order a second set to go with the new Marshall frames I'm purchasing. Your website doesn't directly offer this option - it should - or make finding the proper order page particularly easy. Your phone representative was outstanding in tracking this down for me. Thanks very much for his help.

Go-Optic dropped the ball. Was very happy to find stock on a discontinued frame I liked. Was happy to get TWO emails confirming Go-Optic and confirmed my prescription with my optometrist and the order was moving forward. Several days later, I thought I'd check on order status only to find out the order was on hold because my prescription had expired...much to the contrary of the TWO confirmation emails. Needed these glasses before I left for travel and was sure I left time on the order for production and shipping...but now am out of luck with no offer to expedite order after there screw-up.

I really thought that it would be very difficult for an old techno-illiterate, but it was easy. Clear and concise.
