As you know, you were refunded in full after creating a ticket that "you thought purchasing a 1 Year License Key was actually a Free Trial". After some discussion, we granted your request as you did not understand the subscription process nor how to work the bot. Based on your statements in this review, clearly the website and our software is a bit advanced for you and therefor, refunding you in full was the correct decision. I have attempted to address your claims below - hopefully it will provide some clarity. 1. We do not "take your money and dash". GnBots has been in business for over 5 years with over 1 million customers. While we may be new to you, we are considered the top ranking and most well known Mobile Game Bot provider on the market. We are still here with tens of thousands of users successfully running the bot at this very moment. You may join us in live chat and speak with other users who will happily give you their input on its performance. 2. Our "links all lead to malicious injections" is simply false. There are no malicious links on the website and if there were - we would obviously not be rated so highly. We would invite any user to scan the website themselves in its entirely for any malicious links. There are none. 3. "Their "apk" download is a Trojan virus" - Our software is not an APK, nor is it a Virus. Once again, we would welcome all members to take their own precautions and if you have any questions, please join us in live chat. We will be happy to prove that its safe, and has been for the last 5 years. 4. The "program doesn't work as described" may be true in your case as you were not able to even figure out how to use the free trial, let alone operate the software. Again, we refunded you in full because of this. 5. "Their support will threaten you with bans and condescend bragging they are in game mods" - Advising you to follow the Botting Safely Guide in order to avoid a ban is far from a threat. All users are told to follow these guides in order to bot safely. 6. "Better off writing your own image recognition bot." - We would invite any user with the skills to write their own image recognition bot to do so. We do our best to provide the best mobile game bot on the market for those who cannot. 7. "Review was approved by Trustpilot after providing evidence that all claims are true" - Reviews are not fact checked on TrustPilot, nor is evidence required to write a review - This is a simple platform for you to comment on your experience. You have done so and we apologize your experience was a negative one. Unfortunately, we have already tried to help you get it working, and refunded you in full when you could not. There is nothing more we can do except literally do it for you. If you have any other questions, please join us in live chat. We will be happy to help as always. Thanks again and we wish you good luck in the future my friend.

Hey there, Are you sure you purchased our bot? We don't use Discord. You can chat with us live here at any time: https://chat.gnbots.com You can easily cancel your subscription at any time here: https://www.gnbots.com/shop/cancel You are sent instructions on download of the free trial. Here is the PC install guide: https://www.gnbots.com/shop/pc We have plenty of guides and a full Documentation site here: https://support.gnbots.com You can't expect the bot to work or sign in if you haven't seen the install guide first. This is why you are having so much trouble (assuming you are using our bot). Please provide your Order ID to [email protected] as what you have described does not sound like our bot nor website at all. We will get you going quickly :) We have tens of thousands of users successfully running the bot at this very moment. We will always be happy to help you however we can as well. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks

Sorry to hear about your experience. We would be happy to look into why the software seems to be crashing for you if you can provide us with your error log to [email protected] Yes, mass transfer in ROK will surely get you banned. This is their attempt to stop the resource sellers. Please review our Botting Safely guide which discusses this and other helpful techniques to ensure you remain undetected. Please also ensure you update to the latest version as the node issue was solved in past versions. Regardless, the bot will continue to search for nodes until all are sent. Your subscription is simply based on your billing agreement established with PayPal. We don't manually charge accounts as it's all done automatically on their end. The "Trash" status means that your subscription (payment method) was "deleted" and is no longer accessible nor chargeable. This was done when you cancelled your subscription as you requested. Your product remains valid throughout the purchased time. It simply runs for 30 days from the moment you register it in the software, regardless of the subscription status (they are not linked). Your subscription could renew today and you cancel tomorrow, you will still have 30 days worth of license key to use whenever you like. I assume this is why you thought you were "renewed early" as the key hadn't expired yet (because you didn't register it to the day you bought it). In summary, you always get your full purchased time. Your license key is active and still working correctly, so if you are having some sort of issue - please send us your report to [email protected] so we can check it out. It's most likely the same problem you are having above with "crashes" in which your Anti Virus or Firewall is blocking the connection to the auth server, which causes the program to close. Once again, we are happy to help with all of this in our live chat. We have tens of thousands of users running the ROK bot at this very moment. I am confident we can get you going as well :) Thanks again my friend and we appreciate your support.

Please review our conversation below. As shown, you have yet to provide any sort of error report or question regarding your issue. We have tens of thousands of active users. The bot works great and we simply need a proper report to know where you are stuck. We are always more than happy to help. Hey there, You do not need to downgrade versions. The bot has the "APK Download" button which automatically downloads the correct version the bot is using on all of your instances. As long as you follow the APK Guide, the bot will run smoothly and without issues. We will be happy to help walk you through the steps in live chat :) Thanks again for your support. We sincerely appreciate you!

The ZDAY bot works great (when setup correctly) and is why we have tens of thousands of users currently running the software at this very moment. As we discussed in live chat, you did not set your game settings correctly and you updated to the latest version of MEmu. The guides show you how to use the correct version and change the game settings, which is why you were directed there. We have over 17,000 members chatting on Discord ongoing and forever. If you feel any of your question were not answered correctly, you are welcome to post again. As I look up the history of your Discord account, it appears all questions were answered. We have many guides that explain solutions much better than we could in chat. Therefor when you ask a question that is answered in a step by step guide - we direct you there to read. There are pictures, videos and step by step instructions for each. We are happy to continue helping you get it set up. Otherwise, we offer addon options for our non tech savvy users where we setup and run the bot for you. This may be a good option for you if you continue to struggle following the guides. Please join us in live chat where we can continue to assist you to the best of our ability :) Thanks my friend. We appreciate your support.

Thank you for your honest review. If it's slow, you have it set up incorrectly. The 3rd party program you are referring to is called "Discord" and is the #1 gaming community chat application. You only need it to chat with the community, request help and diagnose issues - its not required. We have over 10,000 members and its simply how we provide live support for our customers. Otherwise, you'd need to use a slow forum based support system. Again, if you ran it overnight and it didn't gather -- you clearly don't have it setup correctly. We have thousands of Lords Mobile users successfully running the software at this very moment. We will be happy to help you aswell. We use live chat to diagnose, answer and fix software related issues.  Please join us in Discord live chat at https://discord.gg/chpwCQJ - We honor all refunds that fall under our TOS. Please review our Refund Policy in which you agreed at the link below. If you feel you rate a refund, please submit your request and we will be happy to honor it. Https://www.gnbots.com/shop/terms-of-service Once again, Always willing to help but it sounds more like user error. There are over 9,000 other users running without an issue. Thanks again my friend and hoping to work with you in the future!

Hi Charles, Thank you for your honest review. I have looked up your account and it shows you purchased a 6 month license key for the PC version ($180). As clearly stated on the product description page and our Refund Policy, this version comes with a 100% free trial to use before purchasing. You agreed on checkout "I have tested the free trial and am satisfied with the results". You may review our Terms of Service in which you agreed here: https://gnbots.com/tos.php Once again, you purchased the PC version which comes with a 100% Free Trial. Only Bot servers ($100 per month) come with a 24 hour free trial as they are not set up until after you purchase. Had you purchased this option, you would have been granted a full refund. You did not purchase this product. Furthermore, you opened a PayPal claim in an attempt to dodge our clear policies and receive a full refund anyway. PayPal ruled in our favor and a refund was denied to you. Your subscription is cancelled as you requested, however your product license key is and will remain active for the full 180 days, regardless of your refund attempts and negative review. We have tens of thousands of players currently using the software. It works great and as described. As we have stated on numerous replies: We use live chat to diagnose, answer and fix software related issues.  Please join us in live chat at https://discord.gg/chpwCQJ Thank you for your time and we hope you will take us up on our offer for help. We are always here :)
