Bots are also not user friendly and can crash at times where they will blame you.
Edit: A reply from this company using communication between both parties shows the lack of privacy provided by this company. It is an honest review and people should avoid using them.

Glitchy crap
I have their mobile plan since I use apple products. I thought this was a great idea and I was on board for paying $100 every single month to have this program. It has been nothing but problems. It constantly doesn't reselshild my accounts or will turn off on its own. I have lost way more than I have gained from the use of this bot due to its constant glitching, and if one account is not working correctly, it turns off the entire system without warning. Most recently, it failed to perform the most basic of tasks and it joined A pvp rally when it is only supposed to join monsters. I play evony, which has a plethora of functions, but botting for rallies is a pretty common task and I have never heard of any bot system screwing this one up. At the time I had stockpiled a combined 16 billion resources on 2 accounts and it was all lost while I was at work none the wiser to the system failure. When I signed on, it was still running through functions like nothing happened and all my savings were lost. I no longer trust their mobile plan with my main accounts and only use it for farms now because of the frequency of these issues. And all the company does is throw a bandaid on and keep pushing forward like nothing happened and you didn't waste the money you spent of a system that doesn't work. Good job Gnbots!

Not worth it
DO NOT GET THIS. THEY DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY EVEN IF THEY HAVE NOT SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT. THEY SAY IT TAKES LESS THAN 12 HOURS AND IT HAS BEEN OVER 18 HOURS.
They do not effectively communicate. They send you to a discord channel and leave you there. Then they send you one comment after asking for your username and password. They don’t give you a timeframe or anything.
I politely asked for a refund. They say no sorry you agreed to terms of services. You don’t get your money back. I have not even been set up or used one minute of their service.
SO BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR!

Risky bot..
I have used this bot on and off but since last disaster i am not going to use it anymore. It kinda is worth the investment when it runs smooth but its not the kind of bot that you can just leave to run by itself. Memu crashes all the time. Last time i used this bot my memu went on total lockdown causing me to lose 3 unlinked accounts because cs couldnt fix it. That was the last drop for me. And no. I did not get any compensation about this and even paid one month even my bot wasnt even working.. so cant recommend this to anyone.

Run away from GnBots
If you have a paid subscription, you tried it for free and it doesn't work at all, I thought it only worked with a license, of course, I think I can sign up to try it and unsubscribe after 14 days, but it turns out that's not how it works. You have to contact support to do a bunch of things that are supposed to help you run emulators in their app, it sure is a crapshoot. The quality of the bots themselves is very poor, raw product, for games the functionality is very basic, to have normal gameplay, to do dailies, it's not about that at all, just a useless thing.
Then if you want to unsubscribe (and have a refund), they say, no, we don't do refund, we wrote everything so that no one can do a refund, and if you want to try to do a refund with the payment system, we pass all your accounts from your IP address (so they wanna transfer my personal data to 3rd company, what about safety with this guys?) to the game moderators and say that you used bots. So these unicums also threaten you after that, I do not advise you to contact this company at all.

Are you sure you are writing this review for the correct company? Our free trial is completely free to try prior to paying anything. You don't need to enter a credit card or any other sort of payment information to try it. Nowhere does it say you can "sign up and cancel 14 days later". You also don't need to contact support to try it or install it, and cancelling a subscription is all done easily and automatically via your My Account.
We also don't contact, pass or share any sort of payment or personal data to a 3rd company, game moderators etc. The bot simply plays the game for you using manual actions and does not store any sort of data other than your license key.

My account got banned by the game while…
My account got banned by the game while using the free version of the bot. I have only been using it for a few hours a day for four days. I followed all of the instructions that were provided on the set up and the emulator.
I bet they’ll never use this review on their website. Instead, they will respond and try to place blame on everyone except for their poor software that they built. If you give these guys your money before fully testing it, count that money and your game accounts gone.

Sorry to hear you had a mini farm account banned from Rise of Kingdoms.
As we went over in your support ticket, you set up a brand new level 5 account and did not limit your play time as you suggest in this review.
Remember, we verified via your logs that you ran it on Rise of Kingdoms (the most strict game for botting) 24/7 for 4 days on the same IP after creating the account. You were banned for over usage (not detected automatically) as that amount of play time is unrealistic and the game flagged your accounts.
Rise of Kingdoms is trying to stop Chinese Resource Selling, so they put very strict limitations on new game accounts. Please create a new farm account but take it slow at first to keep from getting flagged. You can create as many of these farms as you like! We have players running hundreds of them at this very moment in ROK.
Remember, your main account will always be safe regardless. It's just those new farm accounts that ever at risk. Thanks and please let me know if we can assist you further! Always happy to help.

Useless bot. Scam. Bad support
I bought the bot without setting up the trial version. Realising that the bot is completely useless as it executes the same command (upgrade building). Additionally, the support takes so long to reply even when it shows online.
They reply nonsense most of the time after stating my questions.
