You never know what to expect before you buy, but GNBots has been great the past fews months I have been using them. Every time I ran into an issue (All have been my error), they GN team has walked me through the process, and got me up an running again. Good product, great service.

I'm a new customer and had a problem linking the bot to the right game account. I went to GnBots website and clicked on the "Chat With US" icon and Caliman answered me immediately on a Sunday! I was shocked! I explained my problem and Caliman stayed with me in the chat until my problem was resolved. I even ran into a couple of new issues while trying to fix my initial issue and Caliman helped me through them all. Very prompt, courteous and professional. that was the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time. Very impressed!
