The person, Nero, was super helpful and knew what the issue was just by my poor description and the info they provided fixed it within 10 minutes.

Apart from the application being very good and helpful for my gaming experience , the technical support has been great also - whenever I run into a problem somebody is always there to help with a lot of patience.

I gave it a try before but wasn't so sure and never continued using it and I was looking for a bit again so figure to try it one more time but After reading other bad reviewed I was hesitating to give it a try , but since it's for free I did and I am glad I did , it's amazing , and support helped me step by step even tho I am a free user , I am definitely buying it soon but will give it few weeks on basic plan to make sure it will last as good as it is now . But so far I am happy with both the support and the program

First of all, i was so hesitating to give it a try since most of bots were either hacks or scams, but since the basic plan required literally no information or even registerwtion i figured i should give it a try, and oh my, it was amazing , has some issues at first but the support is amazing and helped me step by step literwlly until i got it all working, thank you so much and i think i wll be using it for quiet sometime since its working like a charm, support is vrry experienced and friendly and also this is much much more cheaper than what i had to spend in game to get less amout of resources and other stuff. Thank you!

I love how fast he help me and with full energy

I like the option of multiple bots in GNbots and the free use option to check it out. With my second bot I encountered a problem. Nero of support needed some time to understand my issue, but that is more because I am not a native speaker. Nero found the problem and the solution was perfect. Patient and fast, clear instructions, and a good solution. Many thanks! Top notch!

Had a hard time trying to figure everything out, but with the help of SamSun and Bonnie I made it throw the process. Now onto Nero!
