I haven't started using the GnBots system yet to be honest, but the customer service prior to that has been impeccable. I spoke with their agent, Nero, on chat - he answered all my in-depth questions promptly and with great knowledge. I am very keen to try GnBots now! It is one thing to have strong software, but having the right customer service to back it is even more important!

Gnbots is great! I have been using for a few months now and had no issues. Bot works fantastic and the customer service is even better!
