Hey Moshakll, It looks like you purchased 10 Farm Accounts. Those we have to build specifically for you in your kingdom from scratch. This can take a few days for us to finish, and sometimes a bit longer especially during the Holidays while order volumes are high. License Keys and our other products are sent immediately and automatically, so I hope you will give us another chance to show off our speed in the future. Hey Samuel, We know the Farm Accounts service part can be confusing and we are currently trying to find a better approach. Right now we use Discord which is a 3rd party chat that is used for gamers. This lets us chat directly with our customers live vs having to use a forum method where you post and wait for an answer. While we know it's not perfect, we want our customers to be able to talk to our developers in real time to address any problems, issues or concerns they may have. You purchased 10 farm accounts in which we send you an email to private message our Accounts Manager who will work with you 1 on 1 to get them built in your location. If you can't locate him, within Discord if you tag any of the staff, we will be able to direct you to the appropriate person. I believe the Farm Manager assigned to your purchase is @Stryker Swyft who is great and one of our faster builders.
