Lovely, Simply Lovely , Had an issue with my bot and i couldnt figure it out and almost canceled my subscription tbh, and reached out for support as last resort , They helped me right away and my issue which turned out to be related to my windows features was solved in less than 30 mins from contacting them ( super knowladgable and was able to figure out the issue very quick and provided me with more than a way of fixing it ) Thanks alot Nero for your help! , Way faster than any other CS i ever had encounter with before , just wish i contacted them earlier tbh instead of frustrating myself for days lol
