4 months ahead of schedule for payoff and they report me as late on a payment for my final payment (payoff) Refused to take it off my report and now I must dispute. After reading reviews it seems this is a strategy they employ to hurt your credit as close to the next time you will be looking to buy a car as possible Never again will I buy a GM car or deal with them! Period

Does anyone actually work at GMFinancial? I have been trying without luck to reach someone off and on for about 2-3 months. It is a BIG customer service FAIL. I have waited on hold several times… up to an hour and a half and no one ever answered. I have tried the automated system and that did not offer an option for what i needed. Even trying to log onto the website but it is down most of the time. I just want to be able to buy my lease. Simple enough. It should not be this hard to reach someone.

Worst financial company I have ever dealt with! I was instructed not to make a final payment on my lease because the dealership would make that payment so I did as instructed. GM Financial then reported a late payment to the credit bureau. Even after I called them to get this corrected they refused!

After reading everyone's reviews now I really know that gm is a Joke made a July payment theny son made another payment and now there saying that his payment he made was rejected due to insufficient funds that's a lie I have confirmation numbers that it was paide and they still won't listen to me now it's on my credit this place is down right dirty never ever will I use them again .

This company are POS if you understand what that means ! Never again will I ever get a car loan with them period. I have been struggling thru life and getting behind and trying to get caught up and on the 30 th of last month I made a 500 dollar payment the week before that I made 200 payment to get caught up and nope on the 4th 6 days after I made the 500 payment they repo it ! Then add 1200 in repo fees to get it back I owed 1200 then to pick it back up from repo they wanted 2100 dollars ! Unreal company and I hope no one ever gets a car loan thru them ! They don’t care about there customers at all !

Made all my payments on time never late. Went and sent this wonderful corporation all the bank receipts times. Not a word until yesterday when I received a call, they are coming to pick up my car. I have all my emails with attached receipts. The biggest disappointment has been the 944 harassing phone calls to my home. I am calling them one last time tomorrow 7/22/2022 to see if they want to work this out with me. Even though they have done all this to me I do not want to sue because I'm not looking to get even. I will try in the morning to get a hold of someone who can help me as I am disabled and would like to save my ride. GM Financial please work and you'll get a big 5 stars from me. Al, Mi Chapter 13

The worst customer help. I have been waiting 2 months for over 2000$ due to me. Cannot get a direct person to talk to. Have spent over 6 hours on phone for 7 weeks. The money got deposited in wrong acct and my bank said they need to send tracer. They refuse to do so. Saying they cannot. Jennifer also said that is not gm financial policy. There is no way for my bank to do it. So im screwed. This is INSANE!

This company doesn't try to work with you at all. Got payment date revised twice to prevent late charges. Both times it changed back after 2 months without them letting me know. I ended up paying the vehicle two payments ahead to prevent issues and received a call saying I was behind when I was ahead. I explained to the representative that was not the case, her information was inaccurate and I would like to speak to her manager. She never put a manager on the phone and the line disconnected. I ended up paying the vehicle off 6 months early, took forever to get the title. I recently went to purchase a new vehicle and found they had fraudulently rated me badly on my credit report.
