Good deals but not very reliable
Good deals but they left part of my order out of the first box. 1vpiece took 5-6 weeks to arrive and the tracking info was always force different order. They were very slow to respond to email inquiries, if they responded at all.

Hi Ryan, thank you for this honest and passionate review. Your message has not gone unheard. We did not have the staff to support a high enough level of customer service and respond to inquiries in good time. Because of this you suffered and had a less than amazing experience. Because of this we have recently hired an extra customer service member and PGA golf professional to help create a better overall experience at our store whether calling in or visiting in store. Matthew Cooke due to an inability to…
Matthew Cooke due to an inability to deliver all of my order for my son John, promised in an email to me to process a refund for the part GLT was unable to deliver on. The refund has not been credited to our credit card. I have sent him an email and have had no response from him.

Little confusion on order but GLT made it good. Golf gloves and Balls am done it right on bag. Great customer service
