I WAS NOT SENT A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY PURCHASE, AFTER PLACING A FEW CALLS, FINALLY TALKED TO A YOUNG LADY THAT DIDN'T KNOW WHY MY ORDER HAD NOT BEEN SHIPPED BUT ASSURED ME SHE WOULD CHECK ON MY ORDER AND LET ME KNOW OF THE STATUS OF MY ODER. NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM HER OR ANYBODY ELSE, BUT STRANGELY ENOUGH SHE SEEM TO ENCOURAGE ME TO ASK FOR A REFUND AS IF SHE KNOW I WASN'T GOING TO GET THIS PRODUCT OR IT WASN'T IN STOCK.

Advertised items that were discontinued (I found out later) and then did not issue credit promptly. Still waiting for credit on items never received. Do yourself a favor and avoid this site

Hi William, thank you for sharing this with us, this is Matthew responding. Is there anything i can do to make you feel better than a 1 star review? I believe my instant email reply that you gave me credit for, and your statement: "I will probably place another order in the future Thank you very much" along with the personal special discount i gave you, would have given me a star rating that's a little better than 1. I understand your frustration, and only want to do whatever you feel is the best thing a company like me can do. I really look forward to hearing from you.

Matthew Cooke due to an inability to deliver all of my order for my son John, promised in an email to me to process a refund for the part GLT was unable to deliver on. The refund has not been credited to our credit card. I have sent him an email and have had no response from him.

Hi Graeme, Matthew here - I did fail to deliver, and i did completely drop the ball on your order. I am extremely sorry about this and hope that my efforts to make things right were achieved in my private email to you. All reviews both good and bad are what we want here as experiences like this really help us be more accountable to the actions or lack thereof in our business. Thank you for choosing GLT and I hope you will give us another opportunity in the future.
