My order was not a stocked item and I was not informed. Shipping took longer than anticipated. Additional communication would have made the waiting period much more acceptable.

Still Waiting...
2 weeks...two golf tournaments... and multiple Rounds of golf..still no word/status update on my putter that i ordered. Emailed but no answer. Great price, but i woulda paid the difference I saved to have the putter here for all these rounds of golf and tournaments :/

SC200
Unfortunately, the SC200 is a horrible product. The distances and swing speeds are so far off it makes the unit worthless. Glt was very responsive initially but has an unreasonable return policy and has not continued communication.

Hi there, i believe we spoke about your purchase and i would like to further help. You purchased the product, and used it. Your disappointment is with the product itself. i was happy to give a discount that allowed me to break even, and you to benefit from Voice Caddies most recent product, or alternatively suggested that you could reach out to Voice Caddie, get a new unit from them as a new customer and return the brand new unit to me, which would then allow me to give you a full refund. I am a golf coach and use the product with some students. I have highly credible golf coach friends that have spoke wonderful words about the product also. You can read here: https://www.adamyounggolf.com/swing-caddie-sc200/ If the numbers are not accurate you may need a device that is of a much higher caliber. Doing this means the cost of what you need is increases disproportionately (unfortunately). I can help you out with this but just know the price range is 3-30 Thousand dollars.
