A gamble on what you will receive
Seems like this company must have some good products and some trash products and it’s a luck of the draw. Unfortunately, the product I ordered was as others have described - advertised as “ceramic, glass and metal” but is actually almost entirely made of plastic. It even came with a chinese sticker so clearly this is a cheap Chinese piece of crap that is sold as a high quality item. Update: After some back and forth, they agreed to refund my purchase in full without any hassle.

Hi Pam, Thank you for your patience, and we're sorry for the confusion. There was an error on our website which we sincerely apologise for. To clarify, our earlier message wasn't meant to sound like we were scolding you, we were simply trying to explain how we planned to resolve your case. Unfortunately, a dispute was filed before we had the chance to do so. We'd love the opportunity to make things right for you in the future.
