They don’t have a warehouse in the U.S. and ship straight from China. That took 8 weeks for one of the lights to then arrive broken!!!

DO NOT USE! I unfortunately only looked at these reviews after my light fixture arrived and I had a similarly terrible experience. The light fixture came in a thousand pieces without an instruction manual on how to install and everything about it looks cheaply made. On top of that, the return process either makes you ship the return to New Zealand and pay for shipping or only gives you a 15% refund. Edit: to be clear, none of the parts were broken but the light came with hundreds of different pieces, down to minute electrical components, that need to be assembled without any sort of manual on how to do it. This, on top of looking cheap, is why we tried to return before running into the issue above

As others have mentioned, items are low quality but at premium prices. I ordered a ceiling light that arrived damaged and unusable. The plastic light cover was visibly dented, the frame was bent and one of the interior magnets had come loose. I requested a postage paid return but instead was offered multiple discounts to just keep the item (20%, then 30% all the way to 50%). The return address btw is located in New Zealand - you will pay more in shipping than the junk is worth just to get a refund. Avoid avoid avoid!

This was a terrible experience. Took a month and a half to receive our package. The tracking was complete nonsense that gave no information of the package's location for several weeks. We ordered the art deco pendant light for our kitchen, and it arrived broken and is terrible quality. The globes are extremely cheap feeling and the top part was so bent and damaged, it is completely unusable. Does not look or feel like it should cost more than $10, and it costed $269... Their customer service phone line also does not go anywhere. Have tried to call over ten times to make sure the issue was not on my end. Overall, terrible experience and very bad quality item. Do not give them the benefit of the doubt like I did.

I purchased two flush mount lights for my project which is supposed to be started in a week. The portal said ships in two days and their US address was WY so i thought it would be delivered in a week. After placing the order i was waiting and waiting and found that the product is getting shipped from china. When i saw the package and product i lost hope. It is a real garbage made with plastics and low quality materials and light weighted not worth for the money i paid. Return policy reads if not 100% satisfied return for a full refund. Wrong: they fail to note that returns must be shipped to New Zealand where they are actually located. They incorporated in Wyoming to conduct business in the USA but they have no physical presence In the USA. When i sent a message to the service team, they offered two options ship to New Zealand with shipping cost incurred by me. or keep it with me with a refund of 30%. Useless options. I hate this company and they are running business with no ethics.

This place is just Temu by a different name. Their lamps are junk. I bought a “carved wood” lamp supposedly made out of ash wood in walnut finish. Turned out to be almost entirely plastic with not an ounce of wood in the whole thing and a cheap folded lap shade. Absolute trash.
