I’ve been loving my IPL home facials
I’ve been loving my IPL home facials! My skin has been looking like a real life Snapchat filter. There’s still work to be done but I’ve been staying consistent and am so excited for continued results.

Excellent Product and Quality Company
First and foremost, the Glass IPL Photofacial is an excellent product. I am typically overly cautious about using new products on my face, but I am so pleased with the product and the quality of customer service, I wanted to share my experience.. I definitely noticed a positive difference in my skin after the first few uses. It looked firmer, healthier, and any blemishes or hints of rosacea were diminished. The IPL comes beautifully packaged, and is easy to use with simple to follow instructions. I had an issue with the unit after a few weeks where it would suddenly turn off. The customer service department was very responsive and helpful in resolving the problem. They really stand behind their product and I am anxious to try some additional offerings in their product line.

Consumer beware.
Consumer beware. Awful experience with Glow Atelier. Terrible customer service. High customs charges. Refused package and retailer is saying they will not refund for a product not delivered or used so will be opening a legal case.

Hi KM, I am a little confused by your claims. You purchased from a US business to ship to Canada. You then said you don't want to pay customs? We do not determine customs charges, this is the Canadian Government. You then said you want to cancel that order, which was shipped 1 week ago. Of which we cannot cancel an order that was already shipped. You then said no one would be home to pick it up - if this is the case, UPS would hold the item for you until you were free to pick it up. Your complaint is with customs charges, not with us. The fact that we cannot cancel a shipment after it arrives in your country is not something we can control. If the package got lost, we'd send a new one without question, but you are actively choosing to not accept it. If you said you tried it and didn't like it - then no worries, we'd work with you to get you a refund since we do have a refund policy. But this was not the case here. You are very welcome to open a case, we will forward the email correspondence. They will understand that you simply didn't want to pay customs and close it - they will also assess a service fee to you for this case. We will also forward them our shipping and return pages that clearly state that we do not control customs charges, nor are we responsible for them.

I have always had amazing experiences…
I have always had amazing experiences with Glow atelier’s products but even better experience with their customer service! They are always fast to respond and get to the matter at hand and handle it the best they can! I am in my mid 30’s and I always get told my skin makes me look 26😁 and that was after I started using my Glow Atelier’s ipl photo facial and the oil veil I’m obsessed with!

I am impressed with this company
I am impressed with this company! First of all that IPL glass photo facial is fantastic! But it broke after three uses and they sent me a new one already. What amazing customer service and what an amazing product. Thank you for being so professional.
